VII. APPEALS COMMITTEE

ART. 11

  1. The Appeal Committee appointed for this championship shall hear appeals lodged against decisions of the Disciplinary Committee which are not irrevocable according to these regulations.

  2. This Appeal Committee shall be composed of the chairman or the deputy chairman of the United States Futsal Federation Appeal Committee plus two members to be appointed ad hoc.

  3. The procedure to be applied by the Appeal Committee is defined by the regulations mentioned in the preceding paragraph. These regulations stipulate, in particular, the deadlines to be observed and the fees to be paid.

  4. The Appeal Committee shall, as a rule, reach its decision on the basis of the documents and other means of evidence contained in the Disciplinary Committee's file. However, the Appeal Committee may, if deems necessary, request the General Secretary or his representative to provide any further evidence (including television and video recordings etc.) which it considers relevant.

  5. Decisions pronounced by the Appeal Committee shall be final.
