II. ENTRIES FOR
THE COMPETITION

ART. 2

Preliminary competition

  1. The competition shall be organised by a State Futsal Associations in good standing, as approved by U.S. Futsal, which have drawn up rules approved by the United States Futsal Federation.

  2. Entry fee into the competition shall be determined by U.S. Futsal each year.

  3. On entering the competition the participating teams automatically undertake:

    1. to observe the rules;

    2. to accept that all administrative, disciplinary and refereeing matters connected with the preliminary competition shall be dealt with by their respective State Associations in compliance with the rules drawn up by the U.S. Futsal Federation.

ART. 3
Final competition

  1. The teams that have qualified for the final competition shall send to U.S. Futsal confirmation of their participation two month before the tournament is scheduled to begin.

  2. Entries sent by telefax must be confirmed by posting the appropriate entry form to U.S. Futsal.

  3. On entering the competition, the teams taking part shall automatically undertake:

    1. to observe the regulations;

    2. to accept that all administrative, disciplinary and refereeing matters connected with the final competition shall be dealt with by U.S. Futsal in compliance with these regulations or the decisions of the United States Futsal Federation National Championship Organizing Committee;

    3. to accept all the arrangements regarding the local organisation undertaken by the host State Association of the final competition in agreement with U.S. Futsal.
