XIV. REFEREES

ART. 21

  1. The referees for the matches of the final competition shall be registered U.S. Futsal Referees whose state(whenever possible) is not included in the same group as the match in question.

  2. The referees for the matches in the final competition shall be appointed by U.S. Futsal referee Committee.

  3. The decisions of the Referees' Committee shall be final and not subject to appeal.

  4. After each match the main referee shall fill in an official U.S. Futsal report form. He shall hand it over immediately after the match to the match commissioner or the U.S. Futsal representative at the venue.
