James Oman, was elected Executive Vice-President of United States Futsal in 2004 after having served six years as Vice - President. Mr. Oman was instrumental in overseeing the tremendous growth of Futsal in Maryland, where he has been President for six years. He presently is co-chairman of the Federation's International Games Committee and of the National Championship Committee as well as serving on the Budget Committee.
